Group Description :
Porthmadog U3A owns a Portable Defibrillator. The aim of it is for all medium and large size groups and activities to have in their possession in case of any possible incident. Please note, if the AED is required there must be a member of the group or activity who attended the instruction course prepared to take responsibility of it whilst in their possession. At the end of the group meeting or activity it should be returned immediately for the availability to others. It is always brought along to the monthly meetings at Y Ganolfan.
We provide regular training sessions to ensure that members are confident to use the machine if and when needed for fellow members or the public. Please call or email for details.
